Astrophotography!

I have officially started astrophotography!

I've always loved all things space. I actually wanted to go into astrophysics as a course before deciding I liked it more as a hobby than a job. Astrophotography is a natural extension of this passion.

To get the 4 photos posted above and below I used a Canon EOS MkII with a Canon 16mm and 50mm lens.

I am hoping to get bigger and better lenses to take better photos, and I want to get more specialised photos with better foregrounds now that these test photos have been successful. I also want to perfect my process with better tech and stacking.
